The council have learnt that the construction of the above mast is immanent, the mast will be painted brown with the ground buildings being painted green, the tracks through Halse Farm have already been upgraded with cement, this mast will be part of a series providing emergency cover throughout Exmoor and it is hoped that mobile technology will be installed when the work is completed.
