Good morning,
During the power cut on Saturday 27th November it became apparent that if you had been upgraded to the new fibre structure that you were unable to use your telephone, unless you were still using a wire telephone or had a telephone that can be plugged into the telephone socket. The council have taken this problem up with Exmoor Park Authority, Somerset County Council and BT, and at present are waiting a response, as soon as a response is received we will keep you informed.
