The council are pleased to inform residents that in the final draft of the above program, Winsford will have three lanes “Surfaced Dressed” in other words resurfaced with tar and chippings, the three lanes are as follows Ash Lane were preparational work has already started with yellow markings on the road, Howtown Lane were the road will be resurfaced from the main road up to and passed the hamlet, and Upcott Lane from the bridal path down at the top of the lane to the A396. It is expected that the work will be completed in one day after the preparational work has been completed. The programme also includes Verge maintenance work from Spires Cross to Comers Cross.
