The council have been advised that the expansion to the mast for it to be operational for mobile telephones should be completed by June 2024, this would enable the telephone companies to tender for activating this service, this must be completed within one year as per government rules, this would mean that the parish of Winsford should have mobile coverage by June 2025 at the latest.
