The council have been advised by Somerset West and Taunton District Council that they are getting very strict on any resident or business who have not payed or in arrears with their council tax, if you or you know of anybody who is in this position it is imperative that they contact Somerset West and Taunton District Council on 0300 304 8000, or Email revenues@somersetwestand taunton.gov.uk. and explain their circumstances, the council are in a position to help with a plan to clear the arrears, failure to contact the council could lead to criminal charges.
