As you are aware we did not hold an Annual Assembly last year as per government instructions. This year they have instructed that an assembly should take place before the 7th May by way of a media outlet. Bearing this in mind the council agreed at the last meeting that the report, which will cover two years, will take place on Wednesday 28th April at 7.00pm by way of Zoom. It is envisaged that it will last no longer than an hour, it will take the form of a report by the chairman followed by any questions which can be submitted to the clerk (Nic Kemp) in advance. More details will follow in the next couple of weeks on how to join the meeting and send questions.
