Good morning.
It is with deep regret that the council have learnt of the death of Chris How. He was the kindest, most helpful person who would do anything for his family and community. A well respected local builder, a hard-working member of the cricket club, a great supporter of all things ‘Winsford’. He will be sadly missed by all his friends and colleagues. We send our deepest sympathy to Jenny and the family.
