Waste Collection Strike

There is  proposed strikes by Somerset Council refuse collectors over pay which will take place every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from Wednesday 12thJuly until Friday 4th August. During this time there will be a disruption to the service, but residents are being asked to ensure their waste is out by 7.00pm on the designated day, this also applies to garden waste, for more information go to “Notices” were a copy of the press release from Somerset Council can be found.
