Good morning:
Around this time of the year the council like to tidy up the Green, on Friday morning 14th May weather permitting work will start by weeding the borders, also weeding along the wall between the ford and The Royal Oak and around the Memorial, everybody is welcome to help and if you see work going on please come and join in, it would be helpful if you could bring your own tools, dumpy bags will be supplied for the weeds etc.
This work is carried out to keep the centre of the village attractive for parisheners and visitors and help to maintain our village as one of the prettiest on Exmoor.
