As all residents should be aware a new waste collection service which will enable more rubbish to be recycled will commence for most residents on TUESDAY 1st MARCH, to make it easier for residents an extra collection of rubbish (black bins only) will be made this SATURDAY 26th FEBRUARY, and then after every THREE weeks the next Collection being TUESDAY 15th MARCH.
Every resident should have received a Blue Bag which you can use for plastic bottles, tubs, pots and trays, tins, cans, foil and aerosols, together with the usual boxes and food waste bin will be collected weekly for most residents from TUESDAY 1st MARCH, an extra service that is available is for small batteries and small electricals will also be collected providing they are an untied carrier bag.
