The council would like to remind residents that the work to replace the water main around The Steep will commence today, Monday 14th June, starting from Exford Road. This will cause disruption along the Exford Road for two weeks, and as you are aware the work will take four weeks to complete. During this time Matt, the person who has the responsibility for the work, has informed the council that he will keep residents who live on The Steep up to date on progress and on any problems that arise. Metal plates will be used to cover work when Wessex Water are not in attendance.
