There still seems to be some confusion with regard to the collection of the green waste bins. The new collection date is now alternate Wednesday’s with the next collection date being the 19th May followed by the 2nd June. The council would point out that there is a bylaw that bins should only be placed outside properties on the day of collection, or the night before, therefore, if you have a green bin still outside your property it would be helpful if it could be returned inside the properties boundary.
