Good morning,
Following the completion of the drainage works near the old stables, this is the last part of highways plan to ensure that the water from Furzehill Lane drains through to the river Exe (work was also carried out on Furzehill Lane to improve the drainage near the Glebe) without causing floods outside the stables and run off at the top of the hill from the Furzehill Lane entrance, which was a serious road hazard especially when there was a frost. Hopefully these new drains will solve the problem!
