As you are aware the Exmoor Park Authority meet yesterday to discus Winsford village centre becoming a conservation area, after a discussion a vote was taken of it’s members and the result was that Winsford Village Centre as per the published plan would become a conservation area, the voting for the proposal, was 10 for, 3 against with 3 abstention.
