Good morning
As this is the last blog before the “Big Lunch” celebrations on the Village Green on Sunday, the committee thought it would be a good idea just to remind all residents of what is happening the festivities will start from about 1.00pm with live music and continue throughout the afternoon (events are on a poster by the bridge), there will be no set times as the committee would like a relaxed atmosphere. There will be seating and tables for over of 100 residents and friends, there will be no set reserved tables as the committee feel everybody should mingle as a community, alcoholic drinks will be available from The Royal Oak and Tea Room if you do not bring your own, if possible please bring a cake for the sharing table (it does not have to be hand made), during the afternoon there will be a loyal toast. The committee wish everybody a memorable and enjoyable afternoon.
