Good morning,
Just to inform you that a small leak has been detected just up from the entrance to Plough Ridge. Wessex Water are aware of the problem and it would appear that they have reduced the water pressure to ease the flow. The Council will be contacting Wessex Water to see what their plans are, but in the mean time do not be surprised if The Steep is closed again.
The Council have received a letter from Wessex Water confirming that major new pipe work on The Steep will be carried out in the near future.
