Good morning
The council have been informed that notices that have put up to request residents and visitors to keep their dogs on leads while walking on footpaths through fields that have livestock in, have been ripped off and thrown into hedges, this is vandalism and should stop, if you do not agree with the signs go and talk to the farmers. It should be pointed out that if any dogs are harassing livestock on farmers land they are liable to be retained or shoot.
