The council have been informed by Wessex Water that work to replace the mains water pipe between Ash Lane and Exford Road will commence on Monday 7th June, during the next few weeks survey work will take place and the work is expected to take up to four weeks.
The Steep is now open again after the last leak, with hopefully the road signs removed today.
