Good morning,
The council have been advised that the above plan, which was passed as a non-determination by the Exmoor Park Planning Committee, has been appealed against by the Home Office and EE. This has resulted in The Planning Inspectorate at Bristol asking for email or written reports by 13th May, with a decision being made within a month after this date. The council will be submitting a report.
