The council are pleased to announce that all utility work which resulted in road closures, has been completed, with the opening of Halse Lane at lunch time yesterday. The council have not been advised of any more utility work which would result in road closures, except for Wessex Water who will commence the replacement of the mains pipe on The Steep/School Lane between Ash Lane and Exford Road on the 15th June. This work will take up to four weeks to complete with The Steep/School Lane being a no through road during the work. Parishioners who live on The Steep/School Lane will of course be able to get to their premises with their vehicles.
