Every resident in the parish should have had a leaflet from Somerset Waste Partnership which 0utlines the extended collection service which will be introduced at the end of February, before the service commences every household will receive a BRIGHT BLUE BAG with a weight in the base to stop it blowing away, the bag also has a Velcro fastening and it is able to folds flat. This will enable for the collection of small electrical items, batteries food and drink cartons including Tetra Pak, this will mean that what you place in each container will change details will follow. Therefore there should be less tip rubbish so the black bin collection will go out to three week. Further details will follow as we get nearer to the end of February.
