Once again the council has to report that a large black bag of household waste was left by the waste bin last Tuesday, which meant that it would not be collected for a week and it attracted vermin, if any resident is aware of who dumped this bag, probably a holiday let, could you please let the council know as this amounts to fly tipping and appropriate action will be taken.
