ABOUT WINSFORD

The Parish of Winsford in Somerset lies within the Exmoor National Park, 5 miles north west of Dulverton and 8 miles south west of Dunster. It has been named as one of Somerset’s prettiest villages. Winsford is home to the 12th Century Royal Oak Inn, The Bridge Cottage Tea Rooms, Halse Farm Caravan and Camp Site which holds the AA 4 Pennant Award, a garage, and a village shop.
