During the last couple of days each resident with in the proposed Winsford conservation will have received two envelopes, the first envelope contained details of the public meeting being held on Tuesday 4th April at 10.00am at Exmoor House Dulverton, together with a “Have your say-public speaking at authority meetings” leaflet and a revised map of the conservation area. The second envelope received contained a letter and an explanation pointing out that an error had been made with regard to the letter received in the first envelope, the error being that the Parish Council were not supporting the conservation area when in fact they were supporting the recommendation as per the council vote taken on Monday 28th November. I hope this helps to clear up the confusion of the two letters.
