We are absolutely delighted to announce that Exmoor Young Voices has been awarded The King’s Award for Voluntary Service. This is the highest award a local voluntary group can receive in the UK and is equivalent to an MBE!
It is an honour to receive this award, and we’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has volunteered their time to Exmoor Young Voices over the years, from the amazing young residents and workers who show up to our meetings, summits and events to share their experiences and ideas, to the advisers who provide their expertise, and all of the local organisations who have partnered with and supported us. We wouldn’t be here without you and look forward to continuing our work to support young residents and workers on Exmoor.
