During the last few days, residents have received telephone calls from a lady speaking with a distinct accent claiming that she is from BT and informing that there is a fault with the internet, when she has your trust she then asks personal questions which will include your bank details, please be careful as this is a major scam. If you are approached please ensure that you do not get into conversation and just hang up.
