Avon and Somerset Police have advised that if you are thinking of selling on line an expensive item that are kept in a garage or a shed, ensure that you do not disclose your address. Â There have been examples of break ins within two days of advertising, also ensure if you give your address and you are visited and no interest is shown, that you increase your security when they have left as they are probably going to return to break in.
