The plinth for the Ann Le Bas memorial seat was laid yesterday on the land next to the bus shelter. The council would like to thank Dave Mileham, Mike Hillier, and Paul Sams for generously supplying the materials and their time and effort in constructing the plinth. Delivery of the metal memorial seat is expected after Easter, when the date for delivery is confirmed, we will inform all residents when the unveiling of the seat will take place.
